Do I have to commit to a number of hours work?

No, there is no commitment. Your assistant will work for you for as little as an hour.

When can I contact my Assistant?

Standard hours of work are 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  However, evening and weekend work can be arranged by separate agreement in which case contact would be available at these times.

How quickly will my task/project be completed?

At the initial consultation, we will discuss any deadlines that you may have, the scale of the work involved and agree a mutually acceptable timeframe.

How do we communicate with each other?

Your assistant is contactable via telephone, email or in person if required.

What actions are taken to ensure my information remains confidential?

Your assistant is fully converse with GDPR and has a career history of dealing with confidential data.  Information, if not cloud based, will be stored securely and kept only for the length of the time of the project.  A confidentiality agreement can be signed if the client requires.
